I find WordPress websites to be a bit clunky and slow. Most website designers use tons of plugins which, adds tons more code, slowing everything down.

Our websites consist of HTML, CSS, and a bit of javascript. Super simple, fast, and secure. No extra bloat coding from plugins slowing everything down. However, if you were to need the features of a database, we would then use an optimized version of WordPress.
